New Publication on GxE

One research focus in the Endelman group is statistical analysis of the interaction between plant genotypes and the environment, or “GxE,” as it is called in the plant breeding and genetics literature. This important topic has implications for the design of field experiments, the allocation of resources over time and space, and the construction of prediction models. We just published in Crop Science an analysis of GxE in the National Chip Processing Trial, based on data from 6 years and 10 states.
